What's New with the New IMC Click Here (Broadcaster_Survey) to give feedback as a broadcaster. Click Here (Viewer_Survey) to give feedback as a viewer. We have a brand new IMC for you to try out. There are some small tweaks and group chat is now an option. What are the new tweaks? - Broadcast and Page buttons are easier to find (at the top of the page) - The friends tab has been moved into a drop down so you can filter your pages by friends more easily - When you scroll over a members icon their information pops up, instead of displaying at the bottom of the page. - The interface for filtering which members you want to see is much more easy to use. It's all in one location now. Group Chat: When you start your broadcast, you'll have the option to start a group chat. The group chat allows you to pull all of your viewers into a shared chat. So instead of answering pages one by one, you can address everyone at once. As a viewer you can filter who is online by group chat You'll remember we changed our IMC last summer so that it turned into a Group Chat tool. Many members disliked the change, so we switched back. Still, it was a good way to chat with many at once. I want to be clear that this time it's an option when you launch your broadcast. You don't have to make your broadcast a group chat. You still have the option of launching a Private or Public chat and taking pages. You can even switch between a Private, Public and Group while you are broadcasting. Try it out. I'll be using this for my weekly broadcasts instead of chatting inside a group. It will open up new worlds of communication for many broadcasters, and we're excited to get your feedback. I dont see any change, but again why not fix some of the OLD problems b4 adding NEW ones? I have been on this site for well over a year now and instead of fewer IMC problems I see more and more as they try to change the layout, i think Find a Cougar needs read the problems that ppl post on here, and make comments so we know they are being read, and work on these problems and get them fixed. instead they take a pig "IMC" throw some lipstick and a prom dress on it and call it a beauty queen. over the year these r problems i have seen: 1 pages dont always go threw 2 the gender symbols r always messed up 3 viewing a cam get kicked out but they see u still viewing like your name a few times 4 Find a Cougar banning ppl from viewing others without them knowing, even if they r in your network. and the list goes on. pick 2 or 3 problems and FIX them, in all these posts i have not yet heard anyone say "plzz Find a Cougar make your IMC look for fancy the layout looks to old" ppl want the old shit fixed and we'd be happy

Tested it for a total of 2.5 hrs. earlier today...then it froze up everything...had to force quit the browser...I'm on it again right now...we'll see how long it lasts this time...as I stated cam and audio quality is not as good as the previous incarnation...I'm on a FIOS (fiber optic) connection now and my up/down times are blindingly fast compared to my old DSL rig...the audio has a nasty feel like a squelch control on a two way radio set up...rather archaic in this day and age...cam response to any movement is very slow...ghosting the image...some folks are going to complain about not having any kind of filters for viewers...but then that feature never did work right any way...and the "group chat" feature is great and seemed to work ok...but if it's only going to be offered to standard members for a "limited time" I have this question...are standards going to be able to chat with Premium members in their group chat window? This interface seems to be the original GIO IMC with different window dressing...I wasn't very impressed with it as you should recall...

OK fired up the group chat again...You said there is a drop down for friends...not there dude...Ban and Block buttons do NOT work...very bad...plus they are not tied into our "Blocked members List" which is even worse...Plus add the fact that switching between the group chat to just public or private or stopping the broadcast does not shake the offenders loose...very very VERY bad...finally had to close out the whole thing...and the behavior I witnessed viewing one female cam broadcasting in group was atrocious...because this is new and nobody really knows how to work it...within one minute these cretins were screaming "FAKE!" not to mention the usual crap all females are bombarded with here...Poor girl finally closed it out of frustration and anger that I could see plain as day on her face...

Needs a bit of work I'd say seems clunky and slow.Will tyr it again though as I like the concept. There are two kinds of light, the glow that illuminates & the glare that obscures. James Thurber

I'd like to see location added to the pages I got. It takes time to pull up a profile and you know how impatient some people get.

The sound should improve. It's being tweaked. I'll see if I can get a time frame. It's not a limited time feature for standards. You're on a Mac right? Can you get the group chat to fire up as a broadcaster?

Well fired it up once more...and guess what...I fall off the Members Broadcasting Page even faster than before...maybe 15 min broadcasting...and because the default view for profiles is the "new" view...they have no idea that I'm broadcasting by viewing my profile...'cause there still is no indication there that we are broadcasting or on the IMC in any form...
