When I went to the gym, I saw a Zumba class going on. I cringed as I thought back to the last time I tried Zumba and got my a** kicked by it. At first impression, I said, like the good macho man I am , "piece of cake", if the girls can do it so can I. What a mistake!!! I got a real dose of reality and a reminder that this is "worse" than aerobics, and I don't do that either!!! Do any of you do it? Do you have a favorite exercise? I stick with jogging (a generous description of my shuffle ) and light weights.

 to illustrate just how isolated my life has been,I have no idea what zumba is. I get exercise lifting my coffee cup

 yea....with my two left feet....no way I could do the Zumba....but I might attempt Naked Zumba!

 I have always wanted to go to a Zumba class but haven't seen any here..I see that new CIZE exercise dance video on tv that looks like something I would enjoy doing at home and what a hot way to loose weight and learn some new dance moves..Have a great weekend..

 Sex! Sex is a great form of exercise.

I remember the first time is saw aerobic... was a little T.V. show called the 20 minute workout, (aka the 20 minute hard-on).
