Your nutritional need

You need nutrition to energize the body, soul and mind. Your body is the tool to carryout the task. Your soul receives the act of pleasure and your mind tells your body how to react from the pleasure. It could be the sweat running down your chest or the juices (as we know it getting wet) flowing. Either way what you put into your body gives you the ultimate response or end result. You know, garbage in garbage out.
