Do/have you ever used the terms suck or blowjob?
Fellatio doesn't really involved blowing and sucking is not really necessary to achieve the desired result and can be quite painful with adverse affect while overlooking the actual fundamentals of the functional breakdown.

It's an evolution of terms and words with meanings in the modern world that really don't apply, are not included in the dictionary and often used with broad self-interpretation as if they mean anything in the real world except to the person who bastardizes their use.

Welcome to the English language.
Its like idiots who claim the Constitution is a living document and apply modern definitions to a writing nearly 250 years old when the first dictionary never existed and wouldn't exist for another 75 years. Its just bad generally accepted English!
