Not so much fun anymore

I am not finding the site as much fun anymore. I have been on and off the site for some years but its now so different. Maybe its the new batch of people or so many changes they have made to the site make it not s much fun. The instant message almost never works so its hard to connect with people if you are not a gold member. Now they make it harder to get gold status anymore. I guess maybe its time for a break from the site. Maybe when I come back the people will be different.

 People come, people go.

The money-grab of late, combined with site glitchiness (IM especially) certainly doesn't help either.

And I won't even mention the preponderance of questionable profiles . . .

 It has gone markedly downhill over the years, and as a former gold member, I will not not renew, despite the squeeze on standard members access. That won't make them paying members again

It really is just force of habit/muscle memory that keeps me logging in, even though most of my 'friends' on here have long departed or given up the ghost too

I frankly don't think taking time out and returning later will improve the quality of members, and even more depressing, this site may still be the best of a rancid bunch

 So I am not the only one? I am new here and don't understand the appeal. IM doesn't work well, tons of fake profiles, almost all guys in chat rooms. Why would I pay for a membership?

 I LIKED IT BETTER WHEN IT WASN'T AS MAINSTREAM. NOW PEOPLE GET ON HERE TRYING TO SELL THINGS AND PROFIT. FAKE ASS WANNA BE MODELS JUST LOOKING TO GAIN "VIEWS" OR PROMOTE THEIR IG SITES. PLUS SOME OF THESE NEW MILLENNIALS JUST DON'T FUCK AS MUCH AS MY GENERATION. I USED TO HAVE SO MUCH MORE FUN.
