There was a time when a potential partner's political opinions weren't that important to me. I could enjoy their company and as long as politics and/or social issues didn't come up, all was well.

These days, though, if I see somebody stating loud and clear on their profile what their politics are, and if those opinions differ from mine, I tend to give that profile a wider berth.

What about you? If somebody is vocal about their politics on here, do you not let that be a factor, or are your political beliefs deeply held enough such that you'll move on to the next profile?
